Biography / Interests

The main goal of Michele's research is to address the issue of considering the more complex settings of the network theory and analysis and to provide possible solutions to the general problems in this field. Complex network theory is a critical issue, not only in computer science but also in the humanities and in the improvement of every day life. Real world fundamental and popular applications of these studies, such as Google search engine or social network web services, are pervasive and indispensable in the life of an increasing part of the world population. Starting from a background preparation both in computer science and in humanities, it is natural to work for the development of this field of research, in which the interdisciplinary is the key of the success.
